FEEDING SECTION

1. Pressure Lead Edge feeder with vacuum transfer, suction volume is adjustable depends on the sheet size to make sure smooth feeding.
2. Main motor with start protection device, machine can’t run when units are not closed.
3. Continuous or Skip feeding is available.
4. Double feeding rollers, the upper rollers are covered with two layers of rubber.
5. Motorized adjusted of gaps or by order management.
6. Non-crush Feeding System is Optional

PRINTING SECTION

1. Printing plate fast change, with foot-switch control the rotate of cylinder clockwise or anticlockwise.
2. All the gaps motorized control or by Order management system.
3. Printing register servo control.
4. Laser engraved ceramic anilox roll, 250-350LPI.
5. Rubber Roller as standard, and chamber blade system is Optional.
6. With Surveillance System to check cardboard transmission situation.
7. Programming auto wash ink chamber system.
8. Auto zero- set for printing position.

SLOTTER CREASER SECTION

1. 8 shaft structure, pre-creasing, big-creasing, thin-creasing, slotting.
2. Separate shaft for pre-creaser and creaser ensures sufficient crushing and creasing.
3. Auto zero- set for slotting knife.
4. Slotting Register servo control.
5. Slotting boss movements adopts linear guiding system match with ball screw, smooth movement.
6. Slotting boss adopts opposite insert structure, stable moving.

DIE CUTTER SECTION

1. Anvil cylinder is independent control for line speed compensation.
2. Heavy duty die cutting cylinder.
3. Die-cutting Register servo control, phase adjustment by PLC in 360 degree with digital display.
4. Anvil grinding system is equipped on the machine for anvil cover rapid use.
5. Auto zero- set for die cutting position.
