FLEXO PRINTER SLOTTER RDC

- Feeding Unit: Latest lead-edge feeding table with 3-4 shafts transmission, stable and durable. With efficiency dust removing system with 3-4 upper suction blower and two groups of Brushes. Servo Control Non-crush feeding system Optional.
- Printing Unit: Vacuum Transfer device with Ceramic-coated transition wheels to increase the ability of anti-wear and using life, Rubber Roller with Ceramic Roller for inking and ink transfer, register Servo Control, and excellent doctor blade inking system Optional.
- Slotting Unit: 8 shafts structure, Double creasing slotting unit, single shaft with double slotting knifes or dual slotting shaft is available. Servo control of register.
- Die-cutting Unit: Heavy duty structure, independent motor for anvil cylinder speed compensation, the compensation range is ±3.5mm.

VIBRATOR & AUTO STACKER

- Vibrating shaft driven by independent motor. There are four vibrating points in shaft to fasten the vibrating frequency.
- The cylindroids belts tie on the vibrating shaft was made of good-quality product with high elasticity, which also driven by independent motor, and can protect paperboard from damage.
- Conveyor shaft engraved U-shape slot, which help to choose the right size of belts according to actual paperboard size. It can avoid damage caused by deflection.
- Back end in cleaner part adopted air blower and brush devices, which also help to shake and sweep off them finally.
- Tilting convey guidance with belts under cleaner part helps to convey off the scraps.
- Pneumatically control of side striking (single side).
- Side striking guide position is manually adjusted.
- Backstop position is manually adjusted.
- Stacking deck is driven by pneumatic device.
- Stacking height pre-set is available.
- Gantry type hydraulic lifting structure.
